- Booth sizes are approximate and may vary slightly on the day.
- You can share a booth with friends — just make sure at least one person in the group has a Reshelf shop.
- If you're joining both days, you can leave your books overnight — please feel free to bring your own covers.
How to apply

Fill in the registration form
Share your shop info and preferred booth size. Open 27 Jun – 13 Jul 2026.

Wait for confirmation
We'll notify you via email (support@reshelf.xyz) by 15 July 2026.

Choose your booth spot
Accepted sellers will pick their booth position in order.

Pay for your booth
We'll send payment details after your booth is confirmed.

Payment at the event
Accept cash and bank transfers — payments are handled by each seller.
Power outlets
No power outlets available. Please bring battery-powered equipment only.
Booth setup
Bring shelves and props, or just lay your books out simply — either works. Just keep it within your booth space and clear of walkways.
Your belongings
Please look after your own belongings and valuables. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Refund policy
- Once payment is made and your booth is confirmed, fees are non-refundable.
- If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can manage the space.
- If the event is cancelled by the organiser, we'll inform you of refund or rescheduling options as soon as possible.
