1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of Reshelf (“Reshelf”, “we”, or “our”), an online second-hand book marketplace. By using Reshelf, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 All users must register and log in before making purchases or listing books for sale.

2.2 Users may have multiple accounts as long as each uses a unique email address.

3. Age Requirements

The platform does not strictly restrict by age; however, users should have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Platform Role

Reshelf acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We do not own or guarantee the quality of any listed books. In cases of proven fraud (e.g., counterfeit books), Reshelf may offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

5. Listing and Content Guidelines

5.1 Listing Books and Content Restrictions

Sellers may list second-hand books by clearly providing the title, description, and condition of the book, along with at least one photo or video. All listings must be reviewed and approved by Reshelf's moderation team before being publicly visible. Books containing content that is pornographic, violent, hateful, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate are strictly prohibited. Reshelf reserves the right to remove such listings immediately and permanently suspend the seller's account without prior notice if found in violation.

6. Transactions and Payments

6.1 Buyers must make payment through Reshelf's system. Reshelf will hold the payment and release it to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt.

6.2 Sellers are responsible for including shipping fees in their listed prices.

6.3 During the beta period, no commission or service fees are charged.

7. Shipping Responsibilities

7.1 Sellers are responsible for shipping the book after being notified that payment has been made.

7.2 If the book is lost or damaged by the shipping provider, Reshelf may compensate the buyer with store credit or other solutions.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Buyers may cancel orders only before payment is completed. After payment, cancellation is not possible during the beta period. Additional features may be introduced in the future.

8.2 If a book does not match the provided description, Reshelf will offer a full refund and may suspend the seller's account.

9. Moderation and Penalties

Reshelf manually reviews all listings before publishing. If users are found in violation of the terms, the platform may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

Reshelf does not guarantee the accuracy, condition, or quality of any book listed on the platform. We rely on sellers' honesty and conduct basic moderation.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
