Paying by bank transfer, payment slips and getting your money back.

• How do I pay for my order?Pay by bank transfer to Reshelf's company account within 3 hours of ordering, then upload your transfer slip. We check it and confirm your order.
• When will I get my refund?If an order is cancelled, or has a problem and needs a refund, we send it to your refund bank account, usually within 2–3 working days.
• How much does Reshelf charge?Buyers pay a platform fee of 3% per order (min ฿10, max ฿30). Sellers pay ฿10 per order from their payout. There's no separate shipping charge.
