Pay by bank transfer to Reshelf's company account within 3 hours of ordering, then upload your transfer slip. We check it and confirm your order.

How do I pay?
Place your order. You'll see the payment page with our bank details and the Total Amount.
Transfer the exact amount, including the satang, to the account shown. Use your order number as the reference.
Press I've Completed the Payment.
Upload the slip from your banking app and press Confirm Payment.
Always Reshelf's account: you pay Reshelf Made Co., Ltd., never the seller directly. We pay the seller after you receive your book.
How long do I have?
3 hours from placing the order. The deadline is shown on your order. If we don't receive your slip by then, the order is cancelled automatically and the books go back on sale.
What happens after I upload the slip?
Your order shows Verifying Payment while we check the slip. Most slips are confirmed automatically; if not, our team checks it. Once it's confirmed, the order shows Paid, and we let the seller know by email first, and later by SMS.
My slip was refused. What should I do?
We couldn't read the QR code: upload the original screenshot from your banking app, not a photo or a cropped image.
The slip was already used for another order: upload the slip for this payment.
I'm buying from several shops
Checkout makes one order per shop, but you can pay for them all in one transfer. Press Pay for All Orders and upload one slip for the grand total.
I transferred the wrong amount
Contact support with your order number and slip. Don't transfer again until we reply.
My order was cancelled but I already paid
Contact support with your slip and we'll help you with it.
