How do I stay safe from scams on Reshelf?
Updated 23 October 2026 · For everyone
Only ever pay Reshelf Made Co., Ltd. through the payment page, and keep every chat and payment on Reshelf. We never ask you to pay a seller directly.
What are the golden rules?
Pay only on the payment page, to Reshelf Made Co., Ltd. (บจก. รีเชลฟ์ เมด). Never to a personal account or a seller.
Keep the deal on Reshelf. If someone asks you to pay, chat or meet outside Reshelf, say no. Those sales aren't protected.
Never share your password or a code from your email with anyone, including someone who says they're from Reshelf.
Sellers: only ship paid orders. Ship when the order shows Processing in your seller orders, not because someone sends you a slip.
What do common scams look like?
A message asking you to transfer money to a different account, or to "pay the seller directly for a discount".
A fake or edited transfer slip sent to a seller outside the app.
Someone pretending to be Reshelf staff and asking for your password, bank details or a payment.
Reshelf contacts you from support@reshelf.xyz or helloreshelf@gmail.com, and through notifications on www.reshelf.xyz. We never ask for your password.
How do I report something suspicious?
Submit a ticket or email support@reshelf.xyz with the store name, a link to the listing and screenshots.
