Check your spam folder, then press Resend Verification Email. Each link works for 24 hours. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll verify you.

Your email is verified automatically

Try these first

  1. Look in your spam or junk folder for an email titled "Verify Your Reshelf Account".

  2. Sign in, open the Verify Email page and press Resend Verification Email. You can also do this from your Profile.

  3. Open the newest email and tap the link. Older links still work as long as they're less than 24 hours old.

The link says it has expired or was already used

Press Resend Verification Email to get a new link.

I verified, but the site still asks me to

Sign out and sign back in. If you verified on another device, this updates straight away.

Still nothing?

Contact support with the email address you signed up with. We can verify your account for you, then you just sign out and back in.

Until your email is verified you can't buy or list books. Everything else works.
