• I didn't receive the verification email. What should I do?Check your spam folder, then press Resend Verification Email. Each link works for 24 hours. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll verify you.
• What do the book conditions mean?Each listing is graded Like New, Gently Read, Well Loved or Worn but Readable, from five yes-or-no questions with a photo of every flaw.
• What can and can't I sell on Reshelf?Reshelf is for real, second-hand books you own. List them honestly, with your own photos and a fair price, and keep every sale on Reshelf.
• How do I stay safe from scams on Reshelf?Only ever pay Reshelf Made Co., Ltd. through the payment page, and keep every chat and payment on Reshelf. We never ask you to pay a seller directly.
• How does Reshelf handle complaints and disputes?Report an order problem with Report Issue, or send anything else through the ticket form or support@reshelf.xyz. Our team reviews it and replies by email.
• How do I delete my account?Go to Profile → Danger zone → Delete my account. You can delete it once you have no orders in progress. It can't be undone.
