How much does Reshelf charge?

Buyers pay a platform fee of 3% per order (min ฿10, max ฿30). Sellers pay ฿10 per order from their payout. There's no separate shipping charge.

Buyers

You pay a platform fee of 3% of each order's book total, with a minimum of ฿10 and a maximum of ฿30. It's shown at checkout before you pay.

One fee per seller: if your cart has books from 3 sellers, checkout creates 3 orders, each with its own fee. Several books from the same seller share one fee.

Sellers

You pay ฿10 per order, however many books it contains. It's taken from your payout, never added to the buyer's payment. Cancelled orders aren't charged.

Shipping

There's no separate shipping charge: sellers include it in the book price.

Is the fee refunded if my order is cancelled?

Yes, if the cancellation isn't on your side, for example the seller can't fulfil it. See When will I get my refund?.
