My book arrived, but why does the status still say Shipped?
Updated 23 October 2026 · For buyers
Reshelf doesn't read courier tracking. The status changes when you press Mark as Delivered, or on its own once the seller is paid.
Key facts
- To confirm
Orders → your order → Mark as Delivered
- You can report a problem for
7 days after the seller ships
What should I do now?
First check the book against the listing.
Everything is fine: go to Orders, open the order and press Mark as Delivered. The seller is then paid on the next payout date, and you can review the store.
Something is wrong: press Report Issue instead. Don't mark it delivered first.
Marking as delivered can't be undone. Once you do it, you can no longer report a problem with the order. If you have one, report it first. We'll ask for evidence, so keep your unboxing video and some photos ready.
Why didn't the status change by itself?
Reshelf isn't connected directly to the couriers, so a courier's "delivered" doesn't update your order. Only your confirmation does, or the automatic step below.
What if I don't press it?
The Mark as Delivered and Report Issue buttons stay for 7 days after the seller ships. After that the order completes automatically when the seller's payout goes out, which can take a few more days. Until then it may still show Shipped.
Tracking says delivered, but I don't have the book
Don't mark it delivered. Press Report Issue and choose Shipping Problems, or contact support.
The book arrived but the order still says Processing
In this case, the seller may have shipped it but not added the tracking number yet. Let us know and we'll follow up with the seller.
