Can I change my delivery address after paying?

You can't change it yourself after ordering. Contact support right away with the new address: we'll ask the seller, but it only works before the book ships.

What if I entered the wrong address?

  1. Contact support as soon as possible.

  2. Include your order number and the full new address, with the recipient's name and phone number.

  3. We pass it to the seller. We can't promise it in time if the seller has already packed it and is preparing to ship.

Once the book has shipped, the address can't be changed. A parcel returned because of a wrong address may cost you the re-delivery.

How do I change the address for future orders?

  1. Go to Profile → Shipping Addresses.

  2. Edit an address, or press Add New Address. You can save up to 5.

  3. Choose Set as default address for the one you use most.

Changing your address book doesn't change orders you've already placed.
