Updated 23 October 2026 · For buyers
Your order moves from Pending to Verifying Payment, Paid, Processing, Shipped and Delivered. Here's what each one means and what you can do.
What does each status mean?
Status | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
Pending | Order placed, not paid yet | Pay, or cancel the order |
Verifying Payment | We're checking your slip | Wait. Most are confirmed quickly |
Paid | Payment confirmed, waiting for the seller to accept | Nothing yet |
Processing | The seller accepted and is preparing your book | Check the 'Ships by' date |
Shipped | On the way, with a tracking number | Mark as Delivered, or Report Issue |
Delivered | You've received it | Rate your order |
Cancelled | The order was cancelled | See the reason on the order |
Returned | Refunded after a cancellation or a problem report | Nothing: your refund is on its way or sent |
Where do I see my orders?
Go to Orders and press Show Details on an order. The progress bar shows where it is, and the line under it says what's happening now.
The tabs group them: To Pay (Pending and Verifying Payment), Preparing (Paid and Processing), Shipped and Delivered. Cancelled and returned orders are under View all orders.
