Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before you pay: press Cancel Order. After you've paid there's no cancel button, so please contact support.
How do I cancel before paying?
Go to Orders and find the order under To Pay.
Press Cancel Order, choose a reason and confirm.
Once the order is cancelled, the books go back on sale. If you still want the same book, please order it again.
Can I cancel after paying?
There's no cancel button once you've uploaded your slip. Contact support with your order number.
If you ask within 3 hours of paying and the seller hasn't accepted the order yet, we cancel it with a full refund, including the platform fee.
After that, or once the seller has accepted or shipped it, the order can't be cancelled.
What if the book arrived with a problem?
That's not a cancellation: use Report Issue on the order. See Report a problem with my order.
