The buyer hasn't marked my order as delivered. When do I get paid?
Updated 23 October 2026 · For sellers
You still get paid. Without the buyer's confirmation, the order is ready 7 days after you ship and is paid in the next Tuesday or Friday payout.
Key facts
- Ready for payout
When the buyer confirms, or 7 days after you ship
- Paid on
The next Tuesday or Friday
How does it work?
You mark the order Shipped with the tracking number.
If the buyer confirms delivery, the order is ready for payout straight away.
If they don't, it becomes ready 7 days after you shipped it.
It's paid on the next payout: orders ready by 12:00 noon Monday are paid that Tuesday, and orders ready by 12:00 noon Thursday are paid that Friday (Bangkok time).
Example: you ship on Monday at 10:00. Seven days later it's ready at 10:00, before that day's noon cutoff, so it's paid on Tuesday. If you'd shipped at 13:00, it would miss the cutoff and be paid on Friday.
What can hold it up?
An open problem report: the payout shows On hold until it's resolved.
Your bank details: if they look wrong, the payout shows Action needed. See When will I get paid?.
Should I ask the buyer to confirm?
You don't need to. The 7 days give the buyer time to check the book, and your payout follows automatically.
Where can I see the date?
On your Payouts page. The date marked Expected moves earlier if the buyer confirms sooner.
