How do I accept an order?
When a buyer pays, you get a New order received notification. Open the order and press Accept Order, or Reject Order if you can't sell it or aren't able to ship it in that time. The buyer's name and address appear once you accept.
After 3 hours we send a reminder.
If you don't accept within 72 hours, the order is cancelled and the buyer refunded. That counts as a cancellation on your store.
When do I have to ship?
When you accept, the order gets a Shipping deadline from your shipping schedule:
Specific Days: your next shipping day that's at least 24 hours after you accept.
Ships within X days: that many days after you accept, counting weekends.
Skip dates and vacations you've set move it later. The deadline is fixed once the order is accepted, and buyers see it as "Ships by".
How do I mark it shipped?
Open the order and choose the Courier.
Enter the Tracking Number and press Ship Order.
Use a service with tracking: not Thailand Post's untracked registered parcels (PA, PB, PC, PD). Wrap books in bubble wrap. Typed the number wrong? Use Edit Tracking.
I can't ship on time
There's no way to extend a deadline once you've accepted. Ship as soon as you can, or contact support. To avoid it, keep your shipping schedule up to date and add skip dates or vacation mode before you're away.
If an order passes its deadline, we'll follow up with you and, if needed, cancel it and refund the buyer. Repeated late shipping or cancellations can lead to a review of your store.
Where do I change my shipping schedule?
On your store page, under Shipping Schedule. Changes apply to orders you accept afterwards.
