How do I change my payout bank account?

Before your first payout, edit it in Profile → Payout Information. After that it's locked for security: submit a ticket and our team changes it for you.

How do I change it before my first payout?

  1. Switch to Seller Mode and go to Profile → Payout Information.

  2. Edit the bank, account name or account number and save.

How do I change it after my first payout?

Once you've been paid, the section shows Payout Information Protected, so nobody else can redirect your money.

  1. Press Submit a support ticket (or go to the ticket form).

  2. Choose Questions and Seller, and write "Change payout bank account" as the subject.

  3. Our team replies by email to ask for the new bank, account name and account number. Send them only in that reply.

Payout rounds close at 12:00 noon on Monday and Thursday. A change made after that applies from the next round.

What if my payout says the name doesn't match?

The name on your identity details must match the name on the bank account. You can't change it yourself: contact support and we'll fix it. Your payout goes out in the next round after that.
