When will I get paid for my sales?

We pay sellers every Tuesday and Friday. An order is ready once the buyer confirms delivery, or 7 days after you ship it.

How much will I get?
The book price minus the seller fee of ฿10 per order. All your orders ready in the same round are combined into one transfer.
Where can I follow my payouts?
Go to Payouts. Each order shows one of these:
Expected: an estimated date. It moves earlier if the buyer confirms sooner.
Scheduled: the amount and date are confirmed.
Paid: the money has been sent.
On hold: a problem report is open. Payment continues once it's resolved.
Action needed: we couldn't send it, usually because of your bank details.
My bank details
You add your bank account when you verify your identity. To keep it safe, it locks after your first payout. To change it after that, submit a ticket.
Action needed? Check that the account number and name are right. If your details are locked, or the message says the name on your identity doesn't match your bank account, contact support and we'll fix it. We retry on the next payout day.
