• How do I start selling on Reshelf?Switch to Seller Mode, verify your email, then complete four quick steps: your details, store info, shipping schedule and identity. Then list your first book.
• Do I need to include the shipping fee in my book price?Yes. Reshelf has no separate shipping charge, so the price you set must cover the book and your shipping. You can't ask the buyer to pay extra for shipping.
• The buyer hasn't marked my order as delivered. When do I get paid?You still get paid. Without the buyer's confirmation, the order is ready 7 days after you ship and is paid in the next Tuesday or Friday payout.
• Why was my store suspended?We suspend stores that break our rules, such as not accepting orders many times. The reason is on your store page. To unlock it, email support@reshelf.xyz.
• How long does it take for my listing to be approved?Every listing is checked by a person before it goes live. It usually takes 24–48 hours, depending on how many books are waiting.
• When will I get paid for my sales?We pay sellers every Tuesday and Friday. An order is ready once the buyer confirms delivery, or 7 days after you ship it.
• When do I need to accept and ship an order?Accept new orders as soon as you can: we remind you after 3 hours. Then ship by the deadline set from your shipping schedule, and add the tracking number.
• How do I pause my store with vacation mode?On your store page, open Vacation mode and schedule your time away, starting now or later. Buyers can't order from you until it ends.
• How do I change my payout bank account?Before your first payout, edit it in Profile → Payout Information. After that it's locked for security: submit a ticket and our team changes it for you.
